Tareekh-e-Khana Kabah is an important historical work by the renowned Meccan historian Muhammad Tahir al-Kurdi that comprehensively describes the history of the Kaaba. This book describes the constructions, renovations, and religious and historical importance of the Kaaba from the time of Prophet Adam (PBUH) and Prophet Abraham (PBUH) to the modern Saudi era.
Since the author was a resident of Mecca and also involved in writing the Kiswah for the Kaaba, he documented the history of this holy place in an authentic and detailed manner. This book was originally written in Arabic, and later its Urdu translation was also published, which informs the readers about the history and important events of the House of Allah.
